1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order is dispatched.
  • During peak seasons (Eid, festive periods), processing may take up to 3–4 business days.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999.
  • Standard Shipping: ₹60 for orders below ₹999.
  • Express Shipping: ₹150 (available in select cities).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional ₹40 handling fee applies.

4. Shipping Partners

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery:

The courier partner assigned to your order may vary based on your location and availability.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email and SMS.
  • Track your order directly on the courier partner's website or through our website's order status page.

6. Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Packages

  • Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
  • If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
  • For returned packages, you may request re-delivery (additional shipping charges apply) or a refund (minus original shipping cost).
  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of checkout.

7. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photographs of the damaged package and product immediately upon receipt.
  2. Do not discard the original packaging.
  3. Contact us within 48 hours at support@houseofnada.com with your order number and photographs.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. We are working on expanding our shipping to international destinations. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
